Hello @Ye, Simon , Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A Platform.

I have reproduced the same and observed that percent sign is recognized but not the per mille sign. I believe this is the current limitation of the model.

However, thanks for sharing the feedback on the portal. Currently, we don't have any ETA on this feature.
