No Kernel Connected and Terminal Not Found - Azure ML Studio Notebook

My notebook suddenly unable to detect or connect to kernel. Prior to the incident, I crashed my kernel twice but able to restart perfectly fine. Then, cannot connect a few minutes later. My compute instance is running and I tried restarting/create new compute but did not solve it. Another detail is my colleague has no issue whatsoever as we both use the same workspace and network. I tried using compute instance created by my colleague but it also did not work. I see some users had this issues before but i don't see any helpful solutions to this matter.
Update: I tried running a designer job and it stuck in queue indefinitely. It works fine before. I might have issue with connecting to the compute instance for some reason. User's image
