We tried to create an ”identity validation“ in “Azure Trusted Signing”。
We uploaded our company's "Government issued licens"' “Domain purchase invoices”. We have used the same documents to apply for a public certificate before. So we ensure present documents are valid.
Now the new creation will always shown as "in process" and we never get any confirmation email though we have left a valid email account.

If the in-progress has been for more than a week that usually means we were unable to find a year founded date.
