Hi @Mohamed Khlile ,
What's the type of your accoount(Exchange on premises, Exchange Online or others)?
we have an issue with some folders missing from outlook and outlook OWA.
Did this issue happened to all users in your organization?
And has this issue occurred only recently? If so, did you perform any special operations before it?
If the issue only happen to the specific mailbox, in the point of client, resetfolders command could help us reset the mailbox folder in client, it's suggested to use this command to check if the issue has any difference(Windows + R >type "Outlook.exe /resetfolders">enter)
If the issue still exists, as I know, we could manage our mailbox folder via MFCMapi tools, please try to check your structure of folders in MFCMapi(download and open the tool> Session>Log on>choose your profile>double-click your account>Expand the Root folder>Expand "IPM_SUBTREE"). If you could find those missing folders in it, based on my research, they would also be disappeared if the value of " PR_ATTR_HIDDEN" property is Ture, so it's also suggested to check it if it's possible.
If that's also invalid, in order to further analyze your issue, please provide me with more detailed information about your issues, so that I could give you more targeted help, thanks for your understanding.
Update:
As I know, in order to repair the corrupted mailbox, it's suggested to first move your mailbox from one DB to another to test.
If the issue still exists, as a workaround, please try to convert your mailbox to a shared maillbox, then turn it back again to check if your issue has any difference.
If it's also invalid, I'm afraid that you need to rebuild your mailbox.
