Baidu Azure notification overwrite the old one

Hello Microsoft team,

When we send notification from azure notification of baidu platform, we received the notification.

After we send again new notification from azure notification of baidu platform, we received the notification but it overwrite the existing notification , appears as single notification.

Meaning how many notification we send, we receive as single notification and overwrite the update one.

But send from FCM, we receive as mutiple notifications.

But when we test from baidu side directly, we receive as mutiple notifications not overwrite.

What we want to check is the payload format send from Azure side to baidu to compare.

When I check with Baidu support team this one is due to same topic_id send to the baidu side for every request. this suppose to be uniqe for topic_id . I would like to check how at our side can send unique topic_id from ANH baidu
