A Record being inexplicably deleted by Azure Traffic Manager from DNS Zone

Hello all,
Recently I have been running into a mysterious issue where my App Config’s A Record in my private DNS Zone is getting inexplicably deleted by the “Azure Traffic Manager and DNS” but I do not use Azure Traffic Manager and have not touched DNS in my deployment template. Also note that the PE is still present. The issue I am experiencing is the same as the topic 1495478 (App Config Private DNS Zone getting deleted automatically by "Azure Traffic Manager and DNS" - Microsoft Q&A). Any help on this will be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

This actually happens when a Private EndPoint is created/updated with Private DNS Zone integration.
- Can you confirm that multiple Private EndPoints are not using this Private DNS Zone?
- Also, when you say "A Record in my private DNS Zone is getting inexplicably deleted"
- Is it just deleted?
- Or updated to a new value ?
- In the JSON view of the Activity log, under properties.responseBody,
- You will see a statement that defines the creator
- This should be under "properties.metadata.creator" field under "properties.responseBody"
