Azure Trusted Signing continuously fails me in identity validation on the first step without reason after I changed my domain information.

Ok, I used to be continuously failed because I had @gmail emails. Now, I simply made my domain information public, and I keep on getting failed. The information I provide is all correct.
Timeline:
- I created an identity validation request.
- I was asked for more documents, specifically domain purchase invoices and registry confirmation records.
- I submitted documents, and I was asked for website showing name, contact info, address, and domain of organization. I submitted a print out pdf of my website homepage showing this info as the footer.
- I was asked for same document twice, and I submitted same document, so I failed identity validation. I believe the problem with the same document was that the receipt showed my name, rather than my organization.
- I changed my domain's registrant information to be correct in GoDaddy. I turned off Domain Privacy, so the information is public. My domain is escapegoose.com.
- I submit another identity validation request. I get failed without being asked for any documents or anything.
- I cannot proceed anyways even if my documents were incorrect before. They consistently fail me on the first step of process.
This is the info I submitted below in the screenshot. I get failed on this first step now, and they do not let me proceed. You may look this up about www.escapegoose.com on whois. My company has bought land before, so it has a verifiable tax history of three or more years. I have looked through Quickstart: Trusted Signing to get me started before in the beginning.
