Log analytics log ingestion not ingesting all logs

Container instances are configured to send logs to log analytics workspace, but i have noticed that only 12 logs are ingested at the time and then if any new logs are created they are not visible in log analytics until there is another 12 logs available, but i want to ingest logs as soon as they are created.
