Hi,
I created an Azure account that I’m its admin. No IT to reach out to.
I lost my phone and I can’t access my Azure account anymore as I can’t login to the Authenticator app in the new phone (the only verification mode is the app…).
How can I reset the verification mode of my account?

to recover your account. once this works try the azure portal. if the code are different lengths, will need to open a support ticket with azure portal
