During Gallery publishing, creating VM image version failed to load

When trying to "create a VM image version" under the publishing gallery.

Selecting source : Managed image:

Soure image: Errors with Failed to load existing images.

I notice that this happens from time to time, but I do not know what causes it?

Anybody experience the same behavior?

    Based on question we understand that you are facing an issue while creating a VM image version in Azure Compute Gallery.

    Please check that the image configuration is correct, including the image name, version, and region.

    The region for the VM and the disk might not match for the selected region image version.
