Hi,

I have an Azure Trusted Signing Account that is stuck on "In Progress" in "Identity Validation". The last email I'd received from Azure regarding the validation process was 10 days ago.

I tried to contact Azure support, but they could not help.

I've read other similar posts, but haven't been able to find a clear path forward. Has anyone experienced this? Are the Azure staff just impacted by too many submissions? Are there any other remedies anyone could recommend?

Thank you so much!

Issue: have an Azure Trusted Signing Account that is stuck on "In Progress" in "Identity Validation". The last email I'd received from Azure regarding the validation process was 10 days ago.

Resolution: Resolved by @sevas ended up resubmitting an identical account for verification. The new account and original were approved within 24 hours. Now I have two identical accounts. No option to delete, but it's not a problem. I'm happy I'm now able to use Azure Trusted Signing.

If you have any other questions or are still running into more issues, please let me know. Thank you again for your time and patience throughout this issue.
