How to cancel Azure Web app subscription

The account I had used to set up my Azure Web app no longer exists. How can I cancel my subscription? Everything tells me to login to delete it, but I have no way to login the account is gone.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    If the account was a Microsoft account, try the account recovery process. Go to account.live.com/acsr and follow the steps to recover the account.

    However, If you do not have access to the account you may need to reach out to Support. See:
