My point want to add new printer from user remote desktop device. Note: I've done to add printer option from local resource on remote desktop interface.
Problem I was found in the adding printer station is there nothing appears on the adding new printer even I manually chosen add by port TCP/ IP.
I had tried to add it in Printer Management. Things were the same. All the ports in Port box empty. None of them were found when I attempted.

I would like to better understand your problem first.
What you tried to do is to add a printer which is connected to a remote device (maybe a printer server) on your server 2016, right?
Have you tried to add the printer by running "// IP address" or create a new port and add a new printer (do not use the existing port)?
On this server 2016, the page of ports in print management is empty, right? Could you please share some screenshots to show your problem?

My point is would like to add a printer from local device when I remoting in windows server 2016 to operate my app.
The problem here is in printer management has disappeared all ports or when I trying add new printer in the printers and scan it didn't work.

Please correct me if my understanding is incorrect.
When you locally logged into the windows server 2016, you can see existed ports when adding a printer. But if you remote connect into this server, you cannot see the ports when trying to add a priver, right?
If so, could you please try to use another account to remote connect to the server or use another client PC to remote? Will same problem occur?
