I've had my app hosted on Azure for a couple of months now, but suddenly I cannot seem to access it through the browser on either my desktop, or laptop (both of which I do development for this on). However, I can load it just fine on my mobile device on the same network, and anyone else I've asked also has no issue with the connection, on desktop or otherwise. I'm not sure what might have changed with my two development devices to prevent this from loading, if anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful. Thank you!

Alex, Firstly, Apologies for the delayed response.

Since you have posted the question on Azure App Service? Is your webapp hosted on an Azure VM or Azure WebApp or some other Azure service? Kindly provide more details about your scenario to assist you better.

Based on my understanding of your issue, it sounds like you're experiencing a 504 timeout error when trying to access your Azure-hosted endpoint from your desktop and laptop, but not from your mobile device or other devices.

It could be caused by a number of things, but it's possible that there's an issue with your local network or internet connection.

If you haven't done this already, you may try these to isolate the issue:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies on your desktop and laptop. Sometimes cached data can cause issues with loading websites.
    2. Try accessing your Azure-hosted endpoint using a different browser on your desktop and laptop. This can help determine if the issue is specific to one browser.
    3. Check if there are any firewall or antivirus settings on your desktop and laptop that might be blocking the connection to your Azure-hosted endpoint.
