Cloud PC on Mac OS - Remote Desktop is not finding my Cloud PC

Hello!

I can connect to my Cloud PC in Edge Browser just fine, and I have a Mac.

However, I followed the instructions to use Remote Desktop for Mac and it's not working as expected as documented. Please see my steps below.

  1. Open remote desktop
  2. Add workspace per instruction https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/api/arm/feeddiscovery
  3. Authenticate successfully with my qurateretail.com through remote desktop (bad password did not work, correct password closed the dialog).
  4. Does not see any desktop available

Expected: I see my cloud pc as documented.

Actual: I do not see my cloud pc, it says "No Managed Resource found.".

    @Jack Jin (Qurate Contractor), Thanks for the reply. From your description, I know the affected Cloud PC is Windows 365 Frontline. In fact, Frontline Cloud PCs can't be accessed directly from Remote Desktop app. Instead, you can use the Windows 365 web portal if you want to access your Frontline Cloud PC. Your understanding is correct. This is the reason for our issue.
