I am trying to create a Communication Service but the status has stayed at "accepted".

I created a Communication Service. The service now appears under the resource group located in Australia East but the status is "Accepted" and never changes to "Creating", "Succeeded" or "Failed". There are no other messages.

I tried this a day ago and the status did not change after 16 hours. I deleted that resource group and started again. New Resource group. New Communication Service. Same Result.

Well done. Thanks for pointing out that it is region sensitive. I will attempt to use another Australian location, else I will fall back to EAST US until the issue is resolved.

    By way of further information:

It is OK for the resource group is Australia East, but it fails if the data location for the Communication Service is set to Australia. It also affects the Email Communication Service in the same way.

I am continuing with the US as the data location for now.

Thanks again for your help and hopefully you can find a solution soon.

Thanks for assisting with this, AzizKhon.

I have been creating the resources using the portal.

I had successfully created a test communication service 3 days ago. Once I was happy with the process, I deleted that resource and the resource group and tried to configure one for my production environment. All attempts in the last 48 hours have been unsuccessful with the same result.
