Unable to access Request token for MS Ads API

I am new to MS Ads API. I am trying to follow the documentation here: https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/advertising/guides/get-started?view=bingads-13#get-developer-token

When I click on 'Request Token' button on this page (screenshot included), all I see is an error message. Am I supposed to do something else before I get to this step? Thank you!46327-screen-shot-2020-12-08-at-50843-pm.png
