Unable to renew domain, error the subcription yyy is not eligible to create an App Service Domain

@Cuong Duc Nguyen Thanks for reaching here! Could you confirm if you are using a Free Trial subscription - if so there is restriction-

"Some subscriptions types would be required to have sufficient history on Azure prior to creating an App Service Domain. Free trial and credit based subscriptions are not eligible to create an App Service Domain."

Also- Remove the spending limit on your subscription.

However, I'm struggling with what exactly needs to be done to rectify it. I removed the spending limit and added my credit card but it did not resolve the issue. I created a new subscription as 'Pay as you go' type and tried to move the resource to the new subscription but the new subscription threw the same error message and the move failed. Do you have any other thoughts?
