Azure Speech to Text not showing personal information to .txt

I have a Power Automate flow that uses Azure Speech to Text Service. This flow listen some calls and transcript audio to text. Has always worked fine but now the transcription is not showing sensivite information like names, dob, emails ... Example: if someone speaks in audio: My name is Luciana. It shows like this "My name is".

Anyone knows how can I enable to show this information again to my transcripted text files? Thx a lot

I've searched in azure portal to find any configuration that could disable this but had no success. Didnt find any parameter to configure this in my PA flow.

    Hello @Luciana Rodrigues Domingues Britis , Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A Platform.

    I have reproduced using the speech-to-text feature in Speech Studio, and as indicated in the screenshot below, personal information has been transcribed as well.

    User's image The issue may not be related to the speech service. Please check the PA parameters once more.
