Login with Autenticator App is not working due change of GSM

Dear ,

I have really a problem to login to my work account , due changing of my telephone , the app (Authenticator ) connected to my business account sent no code more to login , on the contrary my outlook own account related to this app still working .

I appreciate every assist and help !

    Thanks for your question.

    You will need to contact your organizations IT admin to help re-register you for MFA to resolve this.

    Them doing this will re-register you for MFA and you will need to re-enroll.
