Hello.

I had an Azure tenant for about 2 years and I was working with it until a couple of weeks ago, but now I cannot access it anymore and it seems it has been deleted.

Can anyone help me to figure out what happened to it?

    Hello @Sara Amini,

Thank you for connecting offline to check the issue.

The issue you were facing occurred because your tenant was identified as having a billing account associated with a company name listed as "Contoso" or "Microsoft," which caused it to be blocked. To resolve this, we reached out to the Product Group team internally. They have since unblocked your tenant, and as you confirmed, you are now able to access it successfully.

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

    Hi @Sara Amini ,

if your Azure Subscription is a free/trial subscription it will be disabled after 30 days.

Your credit runs out or is expired

There is no way to extend the free period.

But you can upgrade your free Azure Subscription to Pay-As-You-Go.
