I tried to access several documents via Office 365 that were shared with me by my client with their enterprise account (shared to my Office 365 personal account). I haven't had issues accessing these documents in the past until this week when got a new iPhone 14 (iOS17.6.1) and downloaded the Microsoft Authenticator App to recieve OTP codes. When I am prompted to submit a 6-digit code from the authenticator app from the Office 365 share link, I receive an error message "You didn't enter the expected verification code. Please try again." with the corresponding error code 500121. I called Microsoft support twice to troubleshoot. I had the documents reshared with me by my client. I deleted and reinstalled the app, deleted and reset the accounts in the app. Still receiving this error message. Microsoft support said I need to contact the app developer. I submitted a ticket via the app's "Send Feedback" feature two days ago and have not recieved a response. It is crutial that I fix this issue as it's intrupting my work. Can someone please help!
