Unable to start a container app.

I stop the the container app but unable to start again.
When I start the instance, I says successfully started but when I refresh the page (or refresh icon), the instance is still stopped. No log event, no errors!

Tried to increase resource allocation to container app, but every time after saying successfully provisioned, the resources were unchanged. Stopped the container app and when trying to restart, getting the message "Successfully started Container App" but the app is still stopped.

2024-08-27T08:51:35.5766667+00:00 Returned to try and restart container app and still not able to. Receiving the same message saying successfully started container app. However, status remains stopped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
