#azTechHelp Hi, we have a problem with converting Service administrator to Owner. We cannot assign RBAC role. Owner not found in job function or privileged administrator roles. Please advise. We have deleted the co-admins and we only have the owner service account.
You'll need to create a support ticket for this. The support team should be able to transferring/reassigning ownership once you've verified your account. Since you have service administrator, that should have the necessary rights to create the support request.

I am unable to open a ticket because the only ticket type I can open is about billing. For anything else I get the following:
Do I need to purchase support to get help for a product I am already paying for and it is supposed to work according to Microsoft's instructions and doesn't?
Could you please help me? I am very confused here!

@Nick Mourikis the billing ticket is what you need to open. You need to transfer ownership and that falls under that type of ticket.
