Azure REST API select date range or billing period for the UsageDetails in the Consumption API

It appears you CAN"T select a date range for the UsageDetails list call in the api. Is that true?
I need to get the detailed per resource usage charges from last months invoice. I can get the current month by making this API call. It refers to using a billingPeriodName for the scope but I am not able to find this information via the API or the portal even. I suspect it is because we are an MCA customer (vs PayAsYouGo or EA). Any ideas? Thanks
