Dear All,

We have an on-prem workload on server with Linux distribution https://www.mageia.org/en/2/. Is it possible to migrate this into Azure using anyone of the available ASR agents available for Linux in link below?

Thanks and regards,
Kaushik

    Hello @Kaushik Maji
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A community forum!

For physical to Azure, we only support the Linux operating systems as mentioned in our Support Matrix:
Support matrix for VMware/physical disaster recovery in Azure Site Recovery - Azure Site Recovery | Microsoft Learn

Mobility agent install will fail if we don’t detect a supported operating system/kernel combination.

    Hope this answers your question!

Thanks Sadiqh. We will try from our end to migrate this with closest possible ASR agent but if it does not work then we will know.

Meanwhile, I guess this thread can be closed.

Thanks again for your kind support!!
