Can i convert Exchange 2016 Hybrid free license to my exchange 2016 Enterprise license without any change in my hybrid configuration?

Hi,

Currently we have Exchange 2016 server we installed for hybridization is licensed with "Hybrid Deployment Licensed".
We would like to upload our Exchange 2016 Enterprise serial to it so that we can create our mail databases.
Is the operation supported?
By installing our Enterprise serial, the Hybrid part continues to work without problems?
By running the hybrid connection wizard, are we sure it won't overwrite my license again?

    that should work, yes. And it won't affect your existing hybrid, nor get overwritten if you re-run hybrid
