Hi everybody,
I'm C # developer Winform, WPF.
a customer asked me for a WEB application with Database.
This application must also contain the login page.
I don't know how to move, where to start (I had thought of Azure).
Can anyone tell me the steps to take to start developing this app?

Hello @AndreaRossi-3935 if using ASP.NET Core, see Introduction to Identity on ASP.NET Core from Microsoft and for self-hosting see the following GitHub repository. Note if Azure is what you want make sure to consider cost for both online and on prem where on prem is lower cost.

I will follow the videos for sure, but I have the basics, I have always developed with SQLServer locally.
My problem is to carry on the web, where I don't know where to lean for the db && create reliable connections.

You should be posting to the ASP.NET forums. You should be looking into Razor pages, which is not unlike Windows form with codebehind file.
