Hi all,

We have reeived a question from one of customers about data protection.

They have a large amount of Microsoft e365 F1 users and the company would like to prevent downloading or printing of files stored in Microsoft 365.

Is it possible to have the Office Online users access the files online, without the possibility to download or print the files?

Customer has a mix of Microsoft 365 F1, F3 and E3 licenses.

Please help me answer this question.

Leo

Sensitivity Labels would be the primary way to do this:

Note that you may need additional licensing, but this is the only way to fully protect documents, including blocking the ability for a user to take a screenshot of the document.

Unfortunately, there's no workaround for licensing.
