I have an excel spreadsheet that users use at each step of a work process. Rather than send out the excel spreadsheet to users to use on their desktop, I would like to create a website where users can register, set up a copy of the excel spreadsheet for their use, and use it online? How can this be done?

This appears to open excel for use on the user’s computer. I was hoping the user did not need excel on their computer and could use a copy of the excel spreadsheet online.
This may be about as close as you can get.
