What is the use of oldest-time-to-consider param in Jobs API?

Hi,
I haven't found any documentation around what this value "oldest-time-to-consider": "1457570074236" is used for in the Databricks Job API.
Can someone please direct me to the documentation that talks about the significance of the above param oldest-time-to-consider and why we need to use it in the data posted to a Databricks Job API endpoint?

    Hello @VishR ,

    There is no significance of param oldest-time-to-consider to the job. This was likely a notebook parameter that was used as an example which is a bad example (Specific notebook_params which notebook takes as input). We had filed a document update to get this rectified and avoid confusion.
