Error while creating an Azure container app: Subscription cannot have more than 1 Container App Environment but no instances are running

I encountered an issue while creating a new Azure container app. The error message states that "The subscription cannot have more than 1 Container App Environments," but I don't have any Container App Environments currently running. I have also checked the quotas and didn't see any usage of the service. I also tried running the az containerapp env list command, but it returned an empty array. How do I resolve this issue?

    Out of curiosity, is it possible that you do have a container app running but you don't have the rights to view it?

    You can also try emailing that team at acasupport at microsoft dot com.
