Hello @PM,
Well, that's unfortunately.
So the problem lies within the Azure infrastructure.
In that case, I recommend submitting an Azure Support ticket.

Hey,
I'm trying to delete my dev instance of Event Grid Namespace. For some reason the instance is stuck in DeleteFailed provisioning state. This is the error I'm getting:
Deletion of your Namespace failed with the following error: "The operation failed due to an internal server error. The initial state of the impacted resources (if any) are restored. Please try again in few minutes. If error still persists, report 0dfe9d63-6b7e-411c-80c8-a9779f3984ce:8/25/2024 8:17:52 PM (UTC) to our forums for assistance or raise a support ticket ."

Resource unblocked and finally deleted after posting a support ticket.
Hello @PM,
welcome to this moderated Azure community forum.
This could be an Azure portal glitch so try it later on again.
Otherwise, in many cases, manipulating an Azure resource via the Azure CLI (or powershell) still works.
In this case, you could try out this AZ CLI delete command for the EventGrid namespace
This can be done in the cloud shell, just click this button in the upper-right corner or the Azure portal:
Because this gives the same (negative) result, it is confirmed the challenge lies within the Azure infrastructure.
Then, submitting an Azure Support ticket is the next solution.
It is confirmed that after submitting the ticket, the resource was unblocked and deletion was successful.
