unable to move

Hi all,

I have a SharePoint site, and one of my users is unable to move files. They are getting the following error: "We couldn't move the file because it's locked for editing, has been modified, or has been deleted."I have tried to check the versioning and see if there is any way to discard changes, but I am unable to find it.Please guide me.

Hi @Glenn Maxwell,

I see the "checked out" icon in your screenshot which means the two .mp4 files have been checked out and we are unable to move checked out files to another place.

You need to check in the files firstly and then move files.

i dont see check-in option

@Glenn Maxwell,

It seems that you applied code customization to your library as some options like "Send for Signature" and etc. are only available when you installed 3rd party add-ins. Is it possible that "check in/out" options are hide by your custom code?
