How to troubleshoot Hit unexpected exception in Azure Data Factory.

Hello,

Today I've been getting the following errors in my Data Factory runs:

Hit unexpected exception, please retry. If the problem persists, please contact Azure Support"

According to this thread: https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/answers/questions/1642737/how-to-fix-error-hit-unexpected-exception-please-r , this could be related to the service status in my region, but I see no service health issues anywhere.

Is there a way I can check the cause of this error?
