How to fix the "Sorry, we ran into a problem loading this app" message when loading my app

When i try to use my custom app in the "Microsoft 365" site i got this "error" message when my app starts loading
This is not related to an issue in code, so searching for a failed request and i found this
with an error message like:
The resource principal named URL_NAME was not found in the tenant named TENANT_NAME This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You might have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant.
but i don't know if this failed request is related to the message displayed in the top of my app, because the app works as expected but i can't make the error message stop showing, also if I use this app in Microsoft Teams desktop app or Microsoft Teams web app the error message never appears
Does anyone know why that would happen?

And is it only specific to M365 web or desktop? Does this work in Outlook as well?
If you can share any deployed app along with repro steps/video, that would be really helpful for us to investigate further. Thanks!

2024-08-28T16:22:58.35+00:00 Yes @Prasad-MSFT it works as expected in outlook without that message error, error only happens in the microsoft 365 web
The error appear in the first moment we start to load the app, even if we close the error and reload the page the error persist, functionality does not get affected by that error
