In tears...app isnt generating anything for work

I have been trying to figure Authenticator out for 4 hours; years are now flying down my face. I manage the most popular tax service store in America and cannot access any appointments bc Authenticator is not generating anything for me. It worked for a week or so and then, disappeared from my iPhone I reinstalled the app and nada. And where is a human to assist!!!????? I’m sitting in a blizzard, face in a computer all day and night, and nobody is getting any returns at the rate we are going! HELP****

    Hello @Ashley Wenger , without a backup it won't be possible to recover the registered accounts. If that's not available you can recover access to Azure AD/Office 365 accounts and Microsoft (personal) accounts and depending on the provider to others as well. Can you list which ones were registered in the app?
