I need the Microsoft log-in to access the BT Openreach Developer Portal, but I keep getting this error message:

Request Id: 7f5e0e5f-a875-45fc-a153-1d961feb4a00

Correlation Id: 6231f86c-506d-413f-b466-423d5cad75cf

Timestamp: 2024-08-29T06:43:12Z

Message: AADSTS50020: User account '[Mod Removed - PII]' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/1ae15312-1062-49e1-989f-2f8a79dd5ca7/' does not exist in tenant 'BT Plc' and cannot access the application 'b79dd298-ea65-4277-af2b-f53227506860'(APP06427_DeveloperPortal_PROD) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

To rectify this problem, you must register your account as an external or guest user in the BT Plc tenancy. Please let me know if this account is already a member of the BT Plc tenant.
