Container Instance Creation -Can not be able to access even if already assign to reader

If you can’t see your Azure Container Registry despite having the Reader role and the admin user enabled, there are a few things to check. Make sure you're in the right subscription and resource group where your ACR is. Sometimes, you might just be looking in the wrong place.

Role changes can take a few minutes to update, so if you’ve recently been granted access, try refreshing the portal. Also, ensure the admin user setting is enabled in your ACR, as this is important for accessing images.

Network issues might be a factor too. If your ACR has firewall rules or private endpoints, make sure these settings aren’t blocking your access.

If you’re using a Managed Identity for your container instance, it needs the right permissions, like the AcrPull role, to get to the ACR.

Lastly, clearing your browser cache or using a different browser might fix display issues. If none of this helps, check the Activity Logs for any errors
