Syncing after Entra AD Connect upgrade

I upgraded to Microsoft Entra AD Connect this morning. After the upgrade I can see the sync with no errors but no changes made on my local DC are uploading to my Entra ID portal. I am getting an export error due to permissions but the user I used has AD Sync permissions and is a Global Admin.
