How to import Java libraries to Xamarin IDE?

I want to import and interface Java coding libraries into Xamarin IDE.
So far, I am having too many issues. I have looked through all the tutorials, but
no such luck or any solutions.

Users are welcome to provide me some answers as long as it is relevant to this scope of my question.
