Why does Office 365 Login keep asking me to enter password and MS 2FA every day now after Entra ID enabled?

Hi, Small business owner here. Not too technical.
We have an Office365 business basic and pro deployment.
Recently subscribed to CoPilot for O365 business license and had to implement Entra ID to all my employees.
Now everyday, and sometimes when I get on different networks. It keeps asking me to sign in with MS 2FA. Even if I tick the Keep me signed in box.
Is there any way to reduce the frequency of this or to keep me signed in for longer than a day?
I did try looking through the forums and googling it. But apart from a script that I needed to run inside Azure, I couldn't see an easier way.
