Regain access to Azure Subscription under VisualStudio Subscription

I activated Azure Subscription as benefit of Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription.

I created Entra Id tenant under Azure Subscription.

I deleted myself from Entra Id tenant.

The Azure Subscription and Entra Id are no longer accessible from me in Azure Portal.

How can I get access to my Azure Subscription again?

Since the user has been deleted from the tenant, I want to confirm if you have another account with a global admin role.

That is only user account in Entra ID tenant - I am quite surprised that I can delete myself.

Create a ticket with Microsoft support team. Give them the tenant ID which is locked out in your description. Tell them that no admin account has access.
