Basically in APIM gatewaylog (see screen show below from Azure Log analytics), the clienttime attribute is missing(empty). This happens consistently . I am able to get the backendtime and totaltime, but not the client time.
This used to work before. But I think some recent update to APIM broke this. I started noticing this problem in the last week or so

    Hello Martin Kallukalam,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.

Regarding your explanations, I understand that the clienttime attribute in your Azure API Management (APIM) gateway logs is missing.

As you have suggested might be true, if this attribute is consistently missing, it could be due to a recent update or a configuration change. So, to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

    1. Review the recent updates or changes in the APIM service that might have affected the logging behavior. You can find this information in the Azure updates or APIM release notes.
    2. Ensure that the logging configuration in your APIM instance is correctly set up to capture all necessary attributes, including clienttime. https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/api-management/gateway-log-schema-reference
    3. You use your Azure Portal support + troubleshooting User's image

to quickly raise ticket for this.

I hope this is helpful! Do not hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions.
