I understand that you have forgot your password for your account and no access to authenticator app to login your account.
To reset password, you need to contact global administrator in your tenant.
Administrators have capabilities to reset password for you and ask them to perform re-register MFA it will remove all existing methods.
If you are the only admin and you have been locked out completely you need to reach out Data protection team to recover your account.
