How to fix oracle to sql server conversion errors in Azure Data Studio?

I use Azure Data Studio to convert oracle database to SQL. The database is small (15 gb or so) and the tool (Azure Data Studio) didn't convert most of the objects and shows error in the Azure Data Studio project. I feel that there is issue or configuration which I miss to configure? For example, when the table has no null column (constraint), it fails.

Not yet. I am using Azure Data Studio. For some reason, SSMA is giving some permission issue in my VDI, which I am trying to sort out with Admins.Azure Data Studio did the assessment and I could also use the schema conversion. but it didn't convert (meaning script creation) for most of the tables and converted only very few. I need Oracle 19c schema to be converted to SQL. I am not sure if there is anything specific to be done for column mapping. I left the default mapping.

For example, a simple table called country has two columns ID and NAME with a not null constraints on ID column

Error in Azure Data Studio: It assumes it is a foreign key and give the below error.

One thing which I notice is that there is no INDEXES selected (not available.. see below picture) part of the conversion. The table country which I mentioned uses an INDEX (primary key index)...

I am not sure if that is the right place. This is not service in Azure. So, we can't assign it to the service.

It is a tool provided by Microsoft which helps to do the migration (for example Oracle to SQL).. like that... Is there anywhere else I can raise it ? Please clarify.

As I understand, you want to fix conversion errors in Oracle to Azure SQL migration.

Please try using Database Migration Assessment https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure-data-studio/extensions/database-migration-assessment-for-oracle-extension

Run assessment to fix errors and then perform migration as mentioned in the tutorial.

Alternatively, you can also use SSMA https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/migration-guides/database/oracle-to-sql-database-guide?view=azuresql

Yes I am trying SSMA also in parallel and looks fine and I had to make only very little modification. I will continue to use SSMA. Azure Data Studio is not yet have all the features to convert ?
