my account doesn't exist. but i cant create one with the same email

a couple of weeks ago i tried to log into my microsoft account to play some games and found that my account didnt exist anymore, despite the frequent and recent login to the account. then when i logged into the Microsoft store with the auto login/quick login it came up with some random outlook email and lots of other random details on the account.

i then tried to change the details but since the recovery email was different i could change anything. so i left it for another day. but then about 2 days later the new login wouldnt work. and that new login supposedly didnt exist either.

i then tried using the online searches with google but non of them had anything to do with involuntary account deletion. so i left it for another couple days trying to figure out what was next. and suddenly thought to call them. but when i tried the absolutely useless AI on the phone wouldnt let me talk to anyone or it wouldnt do anything besides telling me to go online.

so i gave up on that, and a couple days later i decided that i would just chance making a new account with the original email to see if anything would be there(i wasnt hopeful) but when iu tried it said that there was already an account that was using that email. so i tried to log in using the email and once again was told that it didnt exist.

and so im here now, wondering if anyone knows what i could do

    sorry but that isnt working. the azure ticket thing isnt working at all. i cant select the issues or anything, its just telling me there is authentication error. also the account recovery doesnt work because my account 'doesnt exitist' fo it to be recovered

    but i also cant make a new one becasue the email is aparently in use

    is ther another email adress or someone else that i can talk to that could answer some more of my questions or help me more
