Como recuperar una back up que fue borrado, necesito recuperar el backup de una maquina virtual realizado el 01082024 y se borro el 31082024

    Hi @Olman Yair Vasquez Mejia ,

    please verify if the option Soft delete is activated and if the deleted backups are visible in the Backup Items / soft deleted item section. From there it's possible to undelete the backups.

    Delete soft deleted backup items permanently - Click Undelete only.

    If the backups aren't listed at soft deleted items the backups are "gone" and no chance to recover, as far as I know.
