SharePoint 2019 Configured with FBA - Document Library not sync with OneDrive.

Hi,

Any one help me about this issue. I have configured SharePoint 2019 with FBA for external users. When internal user login using AD account, they can't sync document library.

    Hi @Bala,

    Firstly, please make sure the internal users have enough permission to the library.

    And as said in this article OneDrive sync error “Sorry, OneDrive can’t add your folder right now”, the possible causes for this issue may be:

    • The Require Check Out option is enabled on the library.
    • There are Required columns entries for the library.
    • The Draft Item Security option is set to Only users who can edit items.

    Please check the possibles causes and see resolutions.
