Computer Connector Couldn't Detect my Server

This is a weird issue, because everything worked fine with the WHS 2011 connector up until months ago. I'm finally getting around to troubleshooting the issue. It goes as follows:

  1. I navigate to http://<server name>/connect and download computer connector software.
  2. When I open the software it presents this screen to me (which it shouldn't do; I'll get to that later):
    User's image
  3. I tried to enter both the server name and its IP address but it told me this: User's image

It not being able to find my server makes absolutely no sense, as it shows up just fine in the Network tab in File Explorer. Screenshot 2024-09-02 151619

I'm also able to easily mount shared folders on the server as network drives.Screenshot 2024-09-02 151907

Any help with fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. Please DO NOT tell me that Window Home Server is no longer supported unless that is actually helpful in answering my question (e.g. "a recent update to Windows 11 broke the computer connector" (I just made that up as an example)). I'm fully aware of it's support status.
